Following a comprehensive research and development program in the provision of sector-wide ‘support plans and services’, Apax is proud to announce an innovation in our approach to our support services.
The Apax 3 Step Support Pathway improves the efficiency and effectiveness of our planned support programmes. In practical terms this means we approach the provision of support services by obtaining information as far as possible by interview with prospective residents, giving careful attention to the details required to advise residents which of our services best suits their needs. We understand the need for prompt efficient service delivery and the importance of an efficient response to service requests.
